A historical building located approximately 1 hour north of Seattle! 10 minutes away from the downtown Arlington area!

It is the perfect place to gather your family and friends to stay inside the house and host your outdoor weddings and events!

We are the Greene Family

Nick and Dee Greene and our three daughters are the new caretakers of the beloved and historicTrafton School House.

We started with Event Rentals with Blue Heron Event Rentals back in 2022 and have always had the dream of owning our own event space.

We are excited to go through the process of getting this space ready to welcome guests to stay and eventually host their own special events here.
